Hello friends let me show you the attractions / tourist objects of a very beautiful beach in my town, Garut. Yes, as we know that Garut, besides surrounded by mountains, there are also many beautiful beaches that we can make those as a tourist attraction during the holidays arrive. For me as the origin of Garut this is not just beaches but this is one of the "World Heaven" that we have in the southern of Garut. Okay, let's check these out.

1. Santolo Beach

Santolo is a beach located in Garut, West Java, Indonesia. Garut is not only famous for Garut Orange but one popular beaches are in Garut namely Santolo Beach. Located in Cikelet, south of Garut city or usually called South Garut (Garsel), mileage within 3.5 hours drive or about 88 kms from the city of Garut. This beach is well known in the city and is a tourist destination. Santolo Coast region is a gathering of traditional fishermen will be developed into a wonderful tourist destination. Is also an area to fishing activities as a dock (port) fishing vessel or boat that is in Pameungpeuk. Enjoying panoramic coastal and marine life is an activity that can be done. There are also boats charter that serve the tourists to enjoy the sound of the waves south coast is quite challenging. In addition we can enjoy fresh seafood dishes with a simple dish. sufficient tourist facilities required are available as rentals, souvenir stalls at affordable prices.

There are some road routes can be used to arrive at Santolo Beach Garut.The first path is by the Garut bus station continued to Santolo Garut. You can use public vehicle (minibus) that usually called Elf.  Other paths are passed Cianjur - Cidaun - Rancabuaya - Santolo, and the nearest track for tourists from Bandung is passed Rancabali - Naringgul - Cidaun - Rancabuaya - Santolo. Travelers from Bandung can through Alternative pathways is through Pangalengan

2. Ranca Buaya Beach

The other famous beach in Garut that can be used as tourist object is Rancabuaya beach. It is one of the attractions beach in Garut, West Java. Beach has large rocks is directly bordering the Hindian Ocean that has big enough waves. What's interesting about this beach is the large rocks were large enough, there is also a rock climbing high enough and the presence of waterfalls (Sundanese: Curug) that directly facing to the beach. Another interesting thing is the amount of small fish trapped in rocks washed by the waves.

Rancabuaya beach is located in the Purbayani Village, District Caringin, Garut district, West Java. The North of the Caringin village, and in south side adjacent to the Indralayang village, east side adjacent to the Sinarjaya village, and in the west side by the Indian Ocean.

Rancabuaya beach is a type of rocky coast, so that is making it less suitable for swimming. Rancabuaya beach is a port beach, so that you can get the fish directly from fishermen or from stalls around the coast. The ownership status of land in the coastal area Rancabuaya is 70% and the other ones is owned of the village. Tourism management in the area carried out by the group Rancabuaya Beach tourism drive (Kompepar : Kelompok Penggerak Pariwisata) that contained of local communities. Rancabuaya coast is less promotion that is less well known. However, this beach has potential tourism which is large enough that the presence of the road acces is quite smooth and so easy to reach.

3. Sayang Heulang Beach

Sayang Heulang Beach is rocky beach that can be found not far from the Santolo Beach. This beach is unique, thera are castle of rocks that stretched far out to the sea and along the coastline. In the conditions of low tide, you can walk along the coral castle, even to the sea side directly. You can also find lots of colorful little fish that get caught in between coral

Good afternoon friends. Okay, here I want to tell you about my hometown in Garut. My house is located in a village called Dangdeur, located in the district Bayongbong, Mekarsari Village. Short Legend Of Situ Bagendit Situ Bagendit has its own legend. According to the legend or folklore, once upon a time there was a wealthy woman but miserly, named Nyai Endit.
